Known issues list If the game takes forever to quit or close or seems to hang while closing, trying changing graphics/window mode to "Window Mode, Full Screen (Windowed)". When you launch the game, you get an error that MSVC++DLL is missing (or DX3D or similar), you must run the installers found in the InstallDependencies folder within the game folder. Random Game Crashes or graphical issues - some folks have had good luck with installing DXVK. Look for d3d9.dll from the releases download and place it next to MarvelHeroesOmega.exe.

Welcome to the PlayMH Forums! A few ground rules: Be respectful. Criticize the game, not each other. One account per person — accounts are managed through the main site. Search before posting; duplicate threads fragment useful answers. Happy posting — the PlayMH Team.

Your forum account is your main-site account — the forum signs you in through the main site (SSO). That means all account management happens on the main site: Email — change it on your main-site profile; the forum syncs automatically. Password — reset via the main site. Username — managed on the main site; the forum follows. Account deletion — handled through the main site as well. If anything looks out of sync here, it will catch up within an hour of the change.

New around here? Drop a post and say hi! Tell us how you found the game, what hero you main, and what you hope to see.

This is the place for feedback and suggestions about the game and the community. Tips for posts that actually get somewhere: Say what you want to happen, not just what you hate. Include context: platform, patch, mode, and how often you hit the issue. For bugs, use the Bug Reports category instead — feedback threads bury bug data.

Rules for giveaways and community events: One entry per person unless stated otherwise. No real-money prizes — in-game items and community recognition only. Mods may remove entries that look like farming or spam.

Use this template so people can actually find you: Platform / server: Main hero + level: What you need (group size, content, role): Usual hours + timezone: Voice or text chat:

Write and post guides here — every hero, mode, and system is fair game. This thread is the index: reply with a link + one-line summary of your guide and mods will keep the list current.

Read before trading: Trades are player-to-player; the team cannot mediate disputes. Use escrow-style trades or trusted partners where possible. Price guides and haggle politely — threads that turn into flame wars get locked. One listing per item per week.

Common questions, answered. If yours is missing, ask in Questions and Answers and we'll add it. How do I log in? — Through the main site; the forum piggybacks on that session. Where do I change my email/username? — Main site profile (see the pinned account post in Announcements). How do I find a group? — Use the Group Finder template in Finding Groups / Players. Where do I report bugs? — Support & Bugs → Bug Reports, with the details listed in the pinned how-to.
